As it states on our website and on Ebay, the eBook is a digital product. You will need Adobe Acrobat Reader in order to download the report. Adobe is a free download on the internet. http://www.adobe.com/products/acrobat/readstep2.html
After you have downloaded Adobe, go to the following address for the report (PDF file/eBook):
You may print it out and, or save it to your desktop for future reference, as you please.
